Streets transformation Chapter 1: from "Street closures" to "Street openings"

This video gives a short introduction to the implementation of street closures during the neighbourhood street festival Lendwirbel 2019. ‘Street closures’ should be called street openings as they open up opportunities for people to not only create but also enjoy the diversity of their neighbourhood.
